Doug Turpin is the Chief Disruption Officer at Tight Technologies Inc., an IT managed services provider (MSP) focused on network security, technology compliance, and strategic planning for small to medium sized businesses. With over 25 years of experience in IT, Doug drives innovative approaches to cybersecurity, helping organizations navigate complex technological landscapes and secure their digital infrastructure. He leads strategies spanning SOC 2 compliance, NIST standards, cloud security, and cybersecurity risk management. Doug previously served as Director of Information & Technology at a regional mortgage company, where he modernized IT infrastructure and led successful system migrations, and as a U.S. Army and Virginia National Guard veteran, where he earned a Bronze Star for meritorious service. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Roanoke College, has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, and was named Employee of the Year at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group.
